MediaMax shall be liable for any non-conformity of new products that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery and the manufacturer shall be vicariously liable. We shall also be liable for non-conformities of products sold as reconditioned or pre-owned which become apparent within a maximum period of 1 year, in accordance with current legislation.
If you wish to process an RMA, please complete the form with the requested information in a clear and concise manner. We will contact you as soon as possible to continue with the process.
Before shipping or requesting pick-up of your device, be sure to restore it to factory defaults and remove any locks, such as FRP, Google, passwords or patterns. In addition, it is important to include the original box along with all its accessories and manuals, as the presence of locks or missing original components can significantly delay the handling of the equipment.
It is imperative that you indicate on the outside of the packaging box the RMA number assigned. All equipment will be reset to factory defaults, which implies the loss of all information stored in the terminal. We are not responsible for accessories, SIM cards or memory cards sent if they are not part of the original equipment..

En caso de marcar la casilla de “protección de stock” para productos destinados a su venta a clientes finales, podrá devolverlo en perfecto estado y sin abrir en los plazos indicados para ello.
