Shipping and delivery
MediaMax B2B SLU delivers by standard and express courier to any point in Spain and the European Union. In the event that the customer wants to send a package outside the European Economic Area, the customer will be responsible for the customs duties and formalities required.
As a customer, you can receive your order at your selected shipping address, but it will never be sent to a post office box or pick-up point. Alternatively, you can also pick up your order at our collection point in Alicante.
Deliveries to mainland Spain are made through the courier service GLS.
Delivery deadlines:
The delivery time of your order will depend on the service you contract and the availability of the service.
Orders placed on the same day are delivered the next working day before 14:00h if you purchase the "24-hour delivery" service or within 24-48 working hours if you purchase the "24-48-hour delivery" service.
We process on the same day all orders placed and paid for from Monday to Friday until 14:00h, one hour less in the Canary Islands, all year round. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next working day.
The following table gives an overview of the estimated delivery times for orders processed within the day. If your order is placed after the times indicated, your order will be processed on the next working day, from which date the estimated delivery times should be counted.
Shipping costs:
Standard shipping costs are 4,95 €, but may increase depending on the number of items, the volume of the package and its weight. In any case, you will be notified of the final price in the shopping cart. Shipping costs will be free of charge for orders with a total value of 500 € or more.

Payment and shipment of orders to the Canary Islands are made through the courier service GLS.

The delivery time of your order will depend on the availability of your order.
Orders placed on the same day will be delivered within 48h-72 working hours for express shipments and between 7 and 15 working days for sea shipments. In the case of items that are not in stock, 2 additional working days must be added to the stated delivery time. In any case, we will notify you if this deadline is not met.
