In order to make your purchase process as easy as possible, MediaMax B2B SLU offers you the following payment methods, depending on your needs. You will find the following:

If you prefer, you can pay for your order by bank transfer to one of the following Spanish bank accounts: Banco Santander and Caixa Bank.

Instructions on how to pay by bank transfer:

  1. When making your purchase, please choose the payment method: "Payment by bank transfer".

  2. A drop-down menu will open with the bank details where you should make the payment. Make a note of it.

  3. Complete the order by clicking on the "Pay" button.

  4. Make the transfer for the total amount of the order and indicate the order number in the subject.

  5. Within 24/48h after confirmation from our bank, the shipment will be sent to the address you have indicated.

  6. You do not need to send us proof of payment, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of payment or you can check it online in your customer account.

Note: The order will be reserved for 2 days. If you think it will take longer to make the payment. Please contact us.

You can conveniently pay for your orders with your VISA, Mastercard or Eurocard via the payment gateway at the checkout. All your card details are transmitted securely and encrypted outside our platform. MediaMax B2B SLU will not have access to your card information.

In order to avoid e-commerce fraud and to protect consumers, only secured cards will be accepted, i.e. you will be asked to identify yourself as the legitimate cardholder. For what reason can my credit card be declined?

Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be out of date. Check the validity date on your card.

  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank to find out the maximum amount allowed for purchases or that your credit limit has not been exceeded.

  • Some of the data entered may be incorrect. Please check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

  • You are making the payment from a country other than the country of the bank that issued your card. Or you are sending to a country other than that of the bank that issued your card. Or a combination of several of these factors. If you are on holiday outside your home country and want to make a purchase, the system may reject your card to prevent fraud. In that case we recommend that you use Paypal as a payment method.

Cash on delivery

ONLY FOR SHIPPING IN SPAIN. Cash on delivery is available for deliveries to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal. This payment method is not available for deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, nor for orders of €1,000 or more.

The delivery company GLS will deliver the order to the address indicated. You must pay the total amount of the purchase at the time of receipt of the order. Cash on delivery only accepts cash on delivery. We do not accept cheques or credit cards. Please have the total amount ready before receiving the package.

If you are making your first purchase at mediamax.es and the chosen payment method is Cash on Delivery, MediaMax B2B SLU will contact you to confirm your delivery details and proceed with the shipment. Please provide a telephone number where we can reach you.

In any case,mediamax.es reserves the right to refuse delivery by cash on delivery if it considers that there are sufficient reasons to do so (false or inconsistent data, possibility of fraud, impossibility of contacting the customer, previous orders rejected, etc.) giving as the only option, payment by bank transfer, payment by credit card or bank deposit.

If after confirming and sending the order, it is rejected by the customer. All the handling and shipping costs incurred will be charged to the customer. An invoice will be sent to you by email.

The maximum amount for this method of payment is 1.000€.

With PayPal you can shop online securely and without sharing your financial information with any merchant. The entire payment process takes place on PayPal's secure platform.

If you are paying with PayPal for the first time, you will need to register your PayPal account (free of charge). The account creation process is automatic during the checkout process. In order to complete the purchase, you will need to enter your credit or debit card details. The card details will be stored securely within your PayPal account, and you will be able to use it to pay at mediamax.es and other websites that accept PayPal.

If you already have an account, simply log in with your PayPal login details and complete the payment with your PayPal balance or with one of your cards or accounts stored here.

For security reasons, in case of doubts about the authenticity of the user or misuse of a PayPal account, we reserve the right to reverse a transaction and to immediately notify PayPal in order to block the account.

MediaMax B2B SLU has a pick-uppoint at our offices, where local customers can pick up and pay for their orders physically, using different payment methods:

  • Credit Card.

  • Cash. 

 How do I place an order for in-store collection?

  1. Place your purchase normally.

  2. Choose as delivery method: "Pick up in shop".

  3. Choose as payment method: "Payment and pick-up in shop".

  4. We will contact you to confirm when your order will be ready. Please provide us with a valid contact telephone number.

  5. Come to our collection point to finalise your purchase.
