How do I find a product on the web?
If you know the name of the product you are looking for, you can use our search engine to find it. If you have not yet decided on a specific model, you can browse our categories and filter by different features as well as price. You can also sort your search results by price or relevance.
How do the different stock fields work?
When you search for a product, up to three different colours may appear depending on the availability of that item at that time.
Stock we have physically available.
Stock that is on its way to our facilities and that we have to receive in 24h.
Stock on request, with delivery to our premises within 48 hours.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
No, MediaMax prices do not include VAT. The tax calculation is done on the order page, you can see it in the last step of your purchase.
I can't find the product I want
MediaMax will always try to offer the widest possible range of devices, all new products and the latest releases. However, some products may not be available or published in our shop. This does not mean that we cannot find them. If this is the case, you cancontact Please contact us by chat, phone or email and let us know which product you are looking for. We will do our best to find it for you.
Are the devices new and original?
MediaMax only sells brand new and original products, marketed by the manufacturers of the products, or their official distributors in Europe, within the legal and official frameworks. All our products are sold new and unsealed, with an official 3-year warranty, unless otherwise specifically stated.
In the Outlet section you can find some products for sale as Unsealed, Refurbished or Pre-owned, at a special price.

Products identified as Unsealed are new and come with a 3-year legal guarantee. In most cases, they come from returns or trade shows.

Los productos identificados como Refurbished or Pre-owned are not new, but have been repaired and/or overhauled to ensure their perfect condition and functionality. They have a legal guarantee of 2 years.
Are the devices Spanish version?
All the terminals we sell are European versions and can be configured in Spanish, as well as other languages (multilingual). The origin of the terminal does not affect its official manufacturer's warranty, which is valid throughout the European Union. However, some functionalities may not be available due to geographical limitations of the brand, such as the use of Samsung Pay.
Are all mobile phones unlocked?
All devices marketed by MediaMax are unlocked, purchased through official channels and with all legal guarantees.
What accessories does the product come with?
The accessories included in each product depend directly on the manufacturer. Currently most handsets do not include a charger or charging head, nor headphones. However, they should include the USB charging cable.

How would the import/export of the catalogue work for my online shop?
At MediaMax we are flexible so that you have all the data you need for your online shop. We offer you several types of feeds, so you can choose the one that best suits your business:
